We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and wouldn’t use anyone else.
She has tiled five bathrooms, a large entrance hall and kitchen, and a set of very awkward spiral cellar steps for us and we’re very happy with the results.
Her planning and attention to detail is meticulous, she’s always on time, leaves everything tidy at the end of each day, and is, quite simply, a pleasure to have in the house - we only wish we had more tiling still to do!!

We used S.J Edwards for a major project, tiling to Bathroom, utility room and floor tiling throughout the property. Sam was professional, highly skilled and totally reliable. Did an amazing job. 100% happy with the service we received and highly recommend!

Sam has done the tiling in our kitchen, the entrance hall floor to our house and our conservatory flooring. we are so pleased we have asked her back to tile out lounge in a wood effect tile. Sam's work is second to none. Her attention to detail is so neat and she's just nice to have in your home quick frankly. our Dogs adore her lol. could not recommend highly enough.
